1. Information We Collect
Brunch9 ("Company") collects only the minimum information necessary to operate the "Quill" app ("App").
The App does not require sign-up or login and does not collect personally identifiable information.

2. How We Collect Information
- Direct entry by the User (task names, user-defined presets) — stored only on the device.
- Automatically generated during App use (session records) — stored only on the device.
- Anonymous usage data automatically collected through Firebase Analytics / Crashlytics.
3. How We Use Information
- Provide personal records such as weekly statistics, streaks, and completion rates
- Maintain service stability and fix errors
- Improve quality through anonymous, aggregate analysis of usage patterns
4. Where User Data is Processed
The App is a local-first application. All data created or generated by the User — session records, tasks, presets — is stored and processed only on the User's device and is not transmitted to external servers.
- Multi-device sync (e.g., iCloud) is not provided in v1 (any future introduction will require separate consent).
- Uninstalling the App immediately removes all session records, tasks, and presets stored on the device.
5. System Permissions
The Company uses the following system permissions to provide core features. The User may decline or change any of these permissions at any time.

7. Data Processors
The Company entrusts the following processors with limited processing for service operation:

8. User Rights
- Notification / Focus / Live Activities permissions can be revoked at any time in iOS or Android system settings.
- Firebase Analytics collection can be limited via device or in-app settings.
- Uninstalling the App immediately removes all data stored on the device.

9. Children Under 14
The App does not require sign-up and does not collect personally identifiable information. Use by children under the age of 14 should be supervised by a legal guardian.
