1. Purpose
These Terms govern your use of the Parkit mobile application (the "App") provided by Brunch9 (the "Operator"). By installing and using the App, you agree to these Terms.
2. The Service
The App helps you record your parking spot with a photo, recognizes the spot number on-device, and lets you check it again via widgets and notifications. All features are provided free of charge.
3. Accounts and Data
- The App requires no sign-up or account.
- All data — photos, spot numbers, notes — is stored only on your device.
- Data cannot be recovered after device change, reset, or app deletion. You are responsible for your own data.
4. Your Responsibilities
- Do not use the App for any unlawful purpose, including photography that violates others' privacy.
- Do not operate the App while driving. Use it only after safely parking.
5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
- Automatic spot recognition (OCR) and car-exit notifications may be inaccurate or unavailable depending on your device and environment. No accuracy or completeness is guaranteed.
- The App is an aid for remembering where you parked. To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for any loss arising from missed records or misrecognition.
- The App is provided "as is".
6. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, logo, and content, belongs to the Operator. Photos you take belong to you.
7. Changes to or Discontinuation of the Service
The Operator may improve, change, or discontinue the App. Because the App runs entirely on your device, discontinuation does not affect your existing data.
8. Changes to these Terms
Changes will be announced in the App or on our website (brunch9.shop/app/parkit). Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
